When living in a neighborhood, it can be confusing knowing who to contact when you need something done. Below you’ll find a list of the Roles and Responsibilities in our community.
Community Roles
Wright Property Management
- Provide guidance for the association
- Enforcement of the CCRs and violation notifications

- Collection of monies due to the HOA
- Bookkeeping / accounting services
- Issuing lake passes and vehicle decals

Security + Courtesy Patrols
Ambassador
Worldwide Protection Agency
Your HOA has engaged Ambassador Worldwide Protection Agency, Inc. to provide a courtesy patrol for our community (for 18-24 hours a day, 7 days a week). If you have concerns, you may call the courtesy patrol at 901-309-2522. Keep in mind that Ambassador provides a courtesy patrol and are not law enforcement. If you observe laws being broken, please contact law enforcement before contacting the courtesy patrol.
Vacation Checks
You can request a vacation check from the courtesy patrol by calling 901-309-2522.
CyberWatch
CyberWatch is being developed by the Memphis Police Department as part of their continuing effort to make our neighborhoods safer. It will provide useful information about public safety and additional ways for the public to communicate with police. CyberWatch allows users to select up to a 100-mile reporting radius based on addresses, and view CyberWatch report online or receive a CyberWatch report via daily email.
