Dear Neighbors,
Given the current uncertain and difficult economic circumstances, the Board is extending the deadline for payment of the 2020 Annual Assessment from 4/30/2020 to 5/31/2020, with no late charges, penalties and/or interest. Additionally, you may make arrangements for a payment plan of your 2020 Annual Assessment of up to six (6) months with no late charges, penalties, or interest by emailing Keith S. Collins Company LLC at jspiecha@keithcollinsco.com or by calling (901) 753-4170.
If you choose to set up a payment plan, you must contact Keith S. Collins Company LLC before 5/31/2020. Failure to call and make appropriate arrangements will subject your account to being turned over for collection and incurring late charges, penalties, legal fees, and interest. We are hopeful that these changes will give our neighbors some financial relief, while still keeping our Association in a responsible and strong financial position.
