Dear Riverwood Property Owner,
Last week, you should have received your official ballot for selecting our 2021 Board of Directors members. You may view the information that each candidate has provided by visiting the Board Nominee Profiles page on our website.
On your ballot, please select up to 7 candidates and return your ballot using one of the methods below…keeping in mind that ballots must be RECEIVED by 4:00 PM on November 12, 2020 to be counted.
We are providing four ways for you to securely return your ballot to meet the required response deadline:
- Place your completed ballot in the provided self-addressed stamped envelope and drop it in a USPS mailbox.
- Scan or take a picture of your completed ballot and email it to bmcnary@drmlawmemphis.com.
- Fax your completed ballot to (901) 756-7772, Attention: Brandon McNary

Ballots will be received by our attorneys, Dinkelspiel Rasmussen Mink (DRM) only. DRM will also count the votes and announce the results during our Virtual Meeting on November 12, 2020.
Your vote is important to help us reach our 10% required quorum of homeowners.
Ballots must be RECEIVED by 4:00 PM on November 12, 2020 to be counted, so please plan accordingly.
