This summer, we have had several incidents between bicycle riders and pedestrians on the paved walking path around the lake due, in part, to heavier use.

As such, it is necessary that we enforce our Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions by limiting the use of the path to pedestrians only.

Article X of our CCRs states, in part, that \”The trail within the Greenbelt is meant for pedestrian traffic only.\” (i.e. no bicycles.)

We ask that you comply with this rule for the safety of others.

There are plans, in the coming year, to make additional improvements to the path and its associated structures to improve its appearance and safety. However, the CCRs (our governing documents) will continue to be enforced and limit the use of the path to pedestrians only.

Stay safe out there!!
